RSWEB HOST offers a **7-day refund policy** only for **shared hosting** services. Reseller hosting and VPS hosting are **not eligible** for refunds.
A refund is only applicable if the server has issues caused by **RSWEB HOST**. If the issue is on the client's side, no refund will be provided.

Refunds will **not** be issued without a valid reason. Requests for refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect purchases will not be accepted.
