RSWEB HOST offers a **7-day refund policy** only for **shared hosting** services. Reseller hosting and VPS hosting are **not eligible** for refunds.

A refund is only applicable if the server has issues caused by **RSWEB HOST**. If the issue is on the client's side, no refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are **not** eligible for refunds:

• Reseller Hosting
• VPS Hosting
• Domain Registrations
• SSL Certificates

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within **7 days** of your purchase at support@RSWEB HOST.com. Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days**.

4. No Refunds for Unjustified Requests

Refunds will **not** be issued without a valid reason. Requests for refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect purchases will not be accepted.
